Safety and wellness of our guests has always been our priority.

In accordance with the indications of the competent authorities we have adopted the Covid-19 security and prevention measures in order to ensure our guests to enjoy a safe holiday and in total serenity.

Here are the following dispositions implemented in our hotel regarding COVID-19:

• All our staff is equipped with a protective mask, trained and updated on the protocols to be followed
• There are hand disinfectant gel dispensers at the entrance of the hotel, at the reception, near the lifts and in all common areas;
• Please use the necessary protection for the nose and mouth when in all closed and open areas, where the minimum safety distance cannot be respected;
• Common areas such as bathrooms, lobbies, corridors, lifts, etc.… are constantly sanitized paying special attention to the surfaces of greatest usage.
• All surfaces and environments are carefully cleaned with products in accordance to the law
• Protective dividing panels have been installed on the reception desk to ensure greater protection for our guests and employees
• Management of check-in and check-out, in order to avoid any type of gathering, with specific routes and with the sending of advanced information/photocopies of identity documents of all guests;
• All tables in our restaurants and bars have been spaced in order to ensure the necessary distance
• The SPA will not be accessible as no provisions and dates have yet been provided by the government.
